Message from the owner
With over 25 years of hands-on experience in construction and building, I bring a deep commitment to quality craftsmanship and reliability to every project. Born and raised in Newport, Maine, I developed a strong work ethic and appreciation for doing things right the first time. When I’m not on the job, you’ll find me chasing the elusive 50 lb king salmon or competing in trap shooting—both passions that reflect my patience, precision, and dedication.

I am a Lifer so far on Kodiak, I love to spend time with my wife Ingrid and two kiddos, Samuel’s and Dora. I love to study the Bible, play racquetball, and chess. You might occasionally catch me trying to catch a King salmon in the river.

JOSH DAVIS
I was born and raised in Kodiak. After growing up in construction, I enlisted in the Navy and served 8 years on active duty, followed by 2 years contracting for the government and 1 year as a Naval Instructor. Eventually, I returned to The Rock to raise my family. These days, I spend my time balancing family, church, work, and all the other details that come with living on an island. What a joy!

JACOB REED
I’m from Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, where I grew up hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling. I graduated from Eastern Maine Community College with an associate degree in Building Construction Technology. After spending a few summers working, hunting, and fishing in Kodiak, I decided to move across the country to live here full time. During the summer, you’ll usually find me out on the water as a charter fishing captain aboard the Miss Kendal.

PAM GRAY
Born and raised in a small town in Maine, I carry with me the values of hard work, community, and resilience. After many years as a dedicated teacher, I now also serve as the office manager for Gray Construction. For the past 10 years, Alaska has been home, where I’ve continued building both my career and my life with pride and purpose.
